This is from a short scene in Pranky's life 
Mr.Where has noticed that since Clawd and Draculaura started to have a "thing", Pranky has been looking kinda depressed and hasn't been paying much atention to class. So after an exam, he asks her to stay in the classroom. He gives her a chance to finish her exam (for she was very distracted and didn't finish it on time) and after she's done, he talks to her about what's going on.
